Is Pro really free for 6 months?
Yes. Download Peakloom for Mac or Windows, or open it in your browser, and sign in: your new account gets Pro for 6 months, with no card and nothing to cancel. During those months Pro includes 50 AI credits a month. On the Mac App Store the same months come as a free trial of the subscription through Apple.
What happens after the 6 months?
On the Mac download, Windows and the web, your account goes back to Free and nothing is charged - upgrade from the app if you want to keep Pro. On the Mac App Store, the free trial renews into the paid subscription unless you cancel it in your Apple account before it ends.
Do I need a card to get Pro free?
No, not on the Mac download, Windows or the web. On the Mac App Store, Apple asks for a payment method to start the free trial, as it does for any subscription trial.
What do AI credits get me?
Generative Fill costs 3 credits per megapixel, and translating your screenshots 3 credits per language. AI Image and AI Edit cost 1 to 4 credits depending on the model, and the app shows the cost before you start. Cloud AI tools spend credits when you press Generate; on-device AI and Batch never do. Monthly and yearly plans refill every month. Run out and you can buy a pack of 250, 700 or 1,700 credits in the app - one-time, and the credits never expire.
Does my license work on both Mac and Windows? On how many devices?
Yes. Pro belongs to your account, not to a platform, so one purchase covers Mac and Windows. Use it on up to 3 devices at once, and remove old devices in account settings.
Can I buy through the Mac App Store?
Yes. Buy inside the app, either through the Mac App Store or directly from us - Pro follows your account either way.
Does Lifetime include future major updates?
Yes. Lifetime is Pro on your account for good, including future updates. There is no paid upgrade for new versions.
What's your refund policy?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. For direct purchases, write to support and we will sort it out without an argument.
